Our Projects
Turning possibilities into places people love.
Our First Projects
We’re starting with City-approved projects that have impact.
Design is underway.
Featured Projects
City Plaza
Exploring opportunities for plantings, seating, lighting, shade, art, and activation to create a more welcoming gathering place in the heart of Downtown.
Targeted completion: Spring 2027
Clean + Green Events
Our Green Team will be scheduling regular community clean up events beginning in November, 2026. Please join our mailing list to receive updates on where and when.
Future Opportunities
SRPPS hopes to support grant-making & additional civic placemaking projects throughout San Rafael as the organization grows.
Overall, we aim to improve the downtown visitor experience with cleaner, more inviting spaces, activation, and better parking.
Also in the Works…
Community clean-up days, beautification support for downtown businesses, and grant-making programs are in the works to help bring community events, programs, and other public-space initiatives to life.
